There is no physical shipping involved.

How You Receive Your Order

• After successful payment, your PDF download link will appear:
• On the order confirmation page
• On the thank you page
• You will also receive the download link by email
• In some cases, email delivery may take a few minutes

How to Use Your Download

• Files are provided as digital templates
• Templates can be opened and edited using:
• Canva mobile app
• Canva website
• Canva offers free access, which is sufficient for editing

FAQ

Q: I didn’t receive my email. What should I do?

Check:

• Spam or Promotions folder
• Wait up to 10 minutes

Yes. Canva works on mobile, tablet, and desktop.
